This Refund Policy applies to purchases of PilotVid made directly from Rabwah-AB (“we”, “us”, “our”). For third-party marketplaces, please follow the seller's policy.
All fees are non-refundable and non-creditable, including for partial periods, unused credits, downgrades, or time remaining in a billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rata or retroactive refunds.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire at period end or upon termination.
The Service is digital content delivered immediately after sign-in. By proceeding past the legal notice at sign-in/checkout, you request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer laws. This enables instant access and also means refunds are not provided for change-of-mind after access begins.
We will correct the following billing errors:
If one of the above applies, contact us within 30 days of the charge with your account email and receipt. If verified, we'll reverse or refund that erroneous charge to the original payment method.
We do not refund for: dissatisfaction with AI outputs, lack of usage, forgetting to cancel, plan changes/downgrades, promotional pricing, or claims outside the time limits above.
Please contact us first to resolve any billing issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of credits. If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, access may be restored once all outstanding amounts are paid.
You can cancel any time in your billing portal (linked from your account). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund completed charges.
Trials/promotions — if offered — are subject to their specific terms and may convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends. Fees after conversion are non-refundable.
Fees may exclude taxes; you are responsible for any applicable taxes. Refunds for billing errors (Section 3) are returned to the original payment method in the original currency where possible.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law. Where mandatory local law requires a remedy, we will comply with that law.
